No. We work with soft, certified lace so that it doesn't itch or irritate. Additionally, we design our garments so that they don't show under clothing, as long as you choose the correct size.
We work from XS to 5XL. Sizes XS and from XL upwards are custom-made according to measurements, to better fit the real body.
Yes. Sizes XL and up are slightly more expensive due to the greater use of fabric and labor. Size XS, being smaller, is slightly cheaper. In all cases, we maintain the same quality and care in the process.
Yes. You have a detailed size guide on the website, and if you're still unsure, you can write to us via WhatsApp so Karen can advise you personally based on your measurements and the model you like.
We ship throughout the peninsula and to several European countries. For now, we do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla due to logistics, sustainability, and shipping cost issues.
Shipping costs vary by zone and are calculated automatically based on Correos rates. You can see this clearly in the purchase section when you enter your address and region.
Approximate delivery times are:
Peninsula: between 3 and 5 business days.
Rest of Europe: between 4 and 7 business days, depending on destination.
Yes. We accept exchanges and returns as long as the garment is unworn, in perfect condition, and with its original bag and tags. The first size exchange is free; a small shipping fee applies from the second exchange onwards.
To speed things up, we prefer you contact us via WhatsApp or through the returns and exchanges form on the website. We will send you a label and instructions for reshipment.
We accept credit and debit cards and PayPal, to ensure a secure purchase for both you and us.
